Guild of Professional Estate Agents

Donna Pearson, Adrian Thompson and Peter Harden all attended The Guild of Professional Estate Agents regional meeting at the Mercure Hotel in Harrietsham.  It is always good to catch up with other Guild Members throughout the South East to compare market trends, support each other and get updated on new legislation.  The Guild was founded in 1993 and has grown to over 700 members over the UK, made up of independent estate agents.

The Guild gives us great contact in local markets – other members can pass applicants on to us, and us to them, getting access to buyers that would not always be as accessible to us.

To our clients this is great news as FoxWood Maclean have an office in Park Lane which we regularly use to capture the London market for both rentals and sales in this area.  From Ashford it is only 37 minutes from London on the high speed train so moving to this area from London is becoming increasingly popular.
